Magic Kingdom

We woke up bright and early for our exclusive D23 preview of Disney's new Fantasyland additions.  It was neat to get to see everything again in the daylight and since we had already gone on the Little Mermaid ride and had a drink of LaFou's brew we were free to look around and didn't have to stand in any lines.

Here is a very sleepy Bubs getting ready for a day in the Magic Kingdom:

A nice view of the Castle and look how empty the park was!
Hard to see on the smaller picture but the Christmas lights were already up
Wyatt and William team up to get that sword out of the stone:
The beast's castle in the daylight:

The tavern and the statue of Gaston/LaFou:
 Little Mermaid's palace:
After we looked around fantasyland we headed for Winnie the Pooh.  Because it was so early we were able to walk right on to the ride which I must say is Disney magic in and of itself!

Mommy and Wyatt on the tomorrowland racers.  Wyatt never seems to want to drive?
The new circus section in fantasyland was all up and running
Now at the Dumbo ride there is a new queque where you get a pager and then the kids play all through this amazing play place and they buzz you when it is time for you to get on the ride, how easy is that?

Mommy and Wyatt on the Dumbo ride.  He had a blast screaming UP UP UP and DOWN DOWN DOWN while he drove it
more of the Dumbo ride, it's neat now you fly over water:
Character meet and greet with Goofy:
 And Donald:

Then we headed over to the Barnstormer.  It was a lot fun!

Here is the new spalsh place:
William got on Space Mountain for the very first time.  Wyatt was so pumped he threw a huge fit that he couldn't get on (you have to be  44") so Mommy took him over to Buzz Lightyear ride and then to the carousel of progress.

Wyatt ready to get the evil Emperor Zurg!
After that we all met up and did the Laugh Floor and Stiches Great Escape.  Wyatt really loves Stitch so it was a real treat that he was finally tall enough to get on the ride.

Then we all headed to have some lunch at the Starlight Cafe and then back to the room to get ready for the evening's fesitivites.  I must say we experienced Magic Kingdom with no lines and no fast passes- just beautiful!!
