To continue on our weekend Christmas adventures, we headed up to Harrisburg, VA to Ft. Hunter where one of the last remaining children's Christmas shops is held. We thought it would be really fun for Wyatt to get to pick out a present for Mommy and Daddy the same way we did when we were little.

Wyatt loved watching all of the trains:
The North Pole shop came complete with elves who took the kids back to the shop to pick out what presents they wanted for their moms and dads. Here is Wyatt with his presents for us. He is looking verrrry sneeky!
Daddy and Wyatt at the mansion house. After Wyatt finished his Christmas shopping we headed over to the mansion house and did a tour. It was neat because the house was built through many different centurys. The front of the house was very high society Victorian but the very back was about 1700s. They had lots of cool artifacts to see too and when the tour ended they gave everyone fresh baked chocolate chip cookies.
Here are our gifts all wrapped, labelled and ready for Christmas Day.
We'll have to wait until then to see what Wyatt thought Mommy and Daddy would like for Christmas.
