Universal Studios/ Isl. of Adventure- The Adventure Begins

We had really been wanting to go back to Universal Studios since that last time we went we only visited the Islands of Adventure side and it turned out with Wyatt being over 40" this trip we were able to do a lot more rides.

We started out doing the rides in Seuss Landing which was a pleasant surprise for Wyatt who LOVES the Cat In The Hat (and believe it or not Green Eggs and Ham).  Here is Nonna and Wyatt getting ready to see that crrrrrazy Cat in the Hat:
Well Daddy's speeding finally caught up with him...
The Harry Potter section is totally cool.  Here is Mommy, Daddy, and Wyatt with the conductor ready to head to Hogwarts:
And Hogwarts we did go, we rode the ride inside and then rode the Flight of the Hippogryph.  Wyatt had a blast on the roller coaster.
Not so sure about adventuring into Ancient Greece at first when the walk through was finished Wyatt was really glad he went along to save the Trident.
Mommy and Wyatt outside of the delicious restaurant Mythos.  I would def. recommend this to anyone in Universal looking for an amazing lunch or dinner.

On our way out we bumped into the bird Wyatt was looking for the whole time!!  Wyatt has been a real Woody Woodpecker fan for a few months now and loves to watch the show over and over again.  Of course he was super starstruck.
 Nonna and Woody get down:
And the adventure continues on the other side Universal Studios
Wyatt is OBSESSED with the Minions in Despicable Me so how could he ever miss a chance to become a minion himself?

Here they are all ready to head in and become minions:
We ran into a parade just as we were leaving and Wyatt got to meet the ruff and tuff adventurer Diego!
 And Boots!!!!
Then we were in luck because we were the last party in line to get to see Spongebob AND Patrick since Mr. Star was about to head out:

Wyatt grooving out on Gary's shell:
William realizing that snails aren't the fastest mode of transportation:
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?
Wyatt and William try out the under the sea chairs

One of the new rides that Wyatt was tall enough for was the Woody Woodpecker Rollercoaster.  While in line Wyatt and William threw a hoedown for us all!

Nothing like volunteering to be a shark's lunch:

A great time at Universal!

But hey that's not Disney? Wait there's more...
