Port Discovery

One of the museums on our list to get to this summer is Port Discovery and it was perfect when we found out that our friends were members of the museum.  It was the best way Wyatt could get to experience the museum- with a best bud by his side!
Here is Daddy and Wyatt waiting outside of the museum:

The museum is huge and there is sooooo much to see and do you can hardly get it all in in a full day and since they have rotating exhibits too you know when you go back there will be lots of new stuff to see and do.  It was super cool to have our friends show us all around the place too since it is so much it can be a little overwhelming at first.

we started out by exploring around a little and the boys lead us into the quiet room which was perfect since Ian's little sister was taking a little nap. They had lots to do in the chill room as well.  They got to clean off rocks and build towers.  They had tons of books and anatomy posters and a health center.  What a cool idea!
They had this huge Mr. Potato Head exhibit all around the top floor. They even had a large Mr. Potato Head man walking around to greet the kiddies.

Captain on deck, here is Wyatt playing astonauts:
And of course we have to get a little explorer in there as well!
