Swim swam swum

Mommy has been so super proud of Wyatt who has gained so much more confidence in the water.  This is his first year having a floaty to help him be able to swim all on his own.  When the summer first started we took Wyatt out swimming and he was pretty clingy to Mommy not knowing all of the things he could do on his own. 

 Wyatt has become so much more confident and has been working really hard on learning how to swim.  He has become a great kicker and has become so brave in the water that he will get out of the pool and jump in all on his own.  He also has gotten to a point where he can be thrown and actually go under water and doesn't mind it.  He actually said it was "Bella bella bella!"

 Wyatt has a cool throw and catch game that is a lot of fun in the pool because it splashes you when it hits the water.

 Having a blast playing catch and swimming all by himself:

 Recently Wyatt learned all about the cannonball dive/jump.   He will plug his nose and say cannonball and then jump on the something or off of something so Mommy thought she would show him a true cannonball into the pool.  Mommy made quite a splash!

He has been really great about swimming and has really started to love going.  Everyday after school he asks me if we are going to go to the pool.  And of course most days the answer is YES!
