Twas The Night Before Christmas

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house all the creatures were stirring- well of course we were stirring there was lots of Christmas fun to have!
For Christmas Eve we went up to Pappy and Grandma's house for a super Christmas feast, cool Christmas movies, and lots of family fun. This year was extra special because Great-Grandma Peggy joined us. There were lots of presents under the tree and everyone (including Miss Marley and Mr. Kernel-man) were very excited: Miss Marley-such a cutie!
This is just a silly picture of Wyatt playing with my hair- I just thought he looked funny.

We all had lots of gifts to open and after dinner we went straight to work.

We opened:

and opened

and opened some more:
Everyone got lots of great gifts and it was so fun watching everyone open up their gifts

This was Wyatt's big present

He got a huge Buzz Lightyear!! Buzz talks and moves all around- this kept Wyatt enthralled for hours.

Wyatt got a special pair of jammies too. He looked so handsome in those jammie jams!
My little jock- Wyatt got a baseball mitt and a ball from my cousin Katie. He knew just what to do with the glove. I can't wait to sign him up for a league!

All during present opening, and after dinner time Wyatt was chowing down on the cookies. He was very happy to have an unlimited cookie buffet, what a sweet tooth!
Here is Wyatt playing with his Buzz Lightyear:

The doggies didn't really know what to think of Buzz. Kernel was very curious!

We all played Phase 10 until Wyatt started getting sleepy and was ready to go home and wait for Santa Claus. Wyatt had such a great time and got so many great presents. He was so excited to play with his new sled, and to curl up with his new Pillow Pet. He was one happy Bubbas!!!!

"Now dash away... dash away... dash away... all"
