Christmas Eve was very quiet this year since it was only Mommy, Daddy, Wyatt and Sugar here. Mommy made a very nice dinner and Daddy built a warm fire in the fireplace.
Wyatt made sure to lay out cookies for Santa and Mrs. Claus too and insisted the reindeers have carrots this year since they are doing some hard work pulling that heavy sled.
Wyatt learned a lot of Christmas songs this year at school so we had a little sing fest too.
We talked to Grandma and Pappy through the computer and Wyatt opened up his Christmas pajamas and book. We read "A Mickey's Christmas Carol" before Wyatt sped off to his bed. He couldn't wait for Santa to arrive and had lots of fun trying to trick Mommy and Daddy into thinking that Santa was there. Wyatt knew already he was on the good list because Santa sent him a message from the North Pole that showed him he had made the good list because he was working so hard on being good at the dinner table. Santa even had a picture of Wyatt with his whole class!
