Happy Birthday Grandpa Murgolo

After our visit to the Aquarium we met up with Grandpa & Grandma Murgolo, Uncle John Aunt Maggie Cousin William, Auntie Millie, Ms Aida, Miss Aimee, and Mr. Pete to celebrate Grandpa Murgolo's Birthday. We had a very good dinner at BDs (yeah Mommy's favorite!!). Afterwards,we went over to Auntie Millies house to play and of course to ride on a very friendly lion:

Baltimore National Aquarium

Stan and I thought it would be nice for us to have a family outing so we bought tickets to the Baltimore National Aquarium. We have been wanting to come here ever since we saw Wyatt watching the fish in Disney World. Today we got our chance.

A quick family photo before the WonderPets 4-D Experience We started the day out with the Dolphin show and we were brave folks because we chose to sit with our 1 year old in the splash zone. I was hoping we would get wet but they were very good little dolphins and we stayed completely dry but had a great view. Wyatt LOVED LOVED LOVED the dolphins.

They would do this...

And he did that...

But then they did THIS...

And he did THAT... (too cute)

Daddy and his papoose, Wyatt loved looking at the bubbles all going up in the tanks all around him.

Jelly Invasion...
I call this guy smooches!

Lots of fishies to see but not enough energy left in Bubba. Poor Wyatt conked out...

Mommy and Daddy enjoy a little quiet time watching the sharks and stingrays while Wyatt finishes his nap. The shark area is very zen- so it made the perfect nap spot and very romantic for Mommy and Daddy too.

After all the fun Wyatt had at the Dolphin show he decided he would choose a special dolphin toy to remember all the neat tricks they did for him.

Bye Bye Bubba

On the way to daycare this morning Wyatt kept repeating in the backseat "bye bye Bubba, bye bye Bubba.." . Then when we got to daycare I got him all adjusted and then went to the door, I turned and said to him "Bye bye Bubba" and then he waved at me. We were all excited since he almost never cares when I am going to leave, but then he topped his own cuteness. Wyatt ran up to me with his arms wide open and gave me a big hug and kiss goodbye then waved and turned around to play with his buddies. I love my little man.

Spirit Week

This week at Wyatt's daycare was SPIRIT WEEK!!!! And they had a celebration of the USA called, Horray for the U.S.A. Each of the classes were assigned a state from the US and they had to decorate that door to celebrate that state. Wyatt's class got New York so they chose a broadway theme. Here is a picture of their door: Each of the kids got a star with their "role" Wyatt was best Actor (mommy was very excited!!):
Each day had a special theme and the kids got dressed up to celebrate the theme of that day:
Monday: Red, White and Blue day

Wyatt loved to show his three cheers for the USA!!!

Tuesday: Winter Day

My little fashion model was all ready to show his buds his snowy shirt, hat, and shoes.

Wednesday: Western Day

The Little Duke! Wyatt's cowboy outfit was a big hit. He borrowed the bandana from Sugar. (Thank you T-dog)

Thursday: Mommy & Daddy's Almni Day

Mommy says "Go Seahawks!!!"... But Daddy says "Go Retrievers!! "

Friday: Aloha Day

Wyatt took the prize for best dressed on this one. Everyone was so excited at daycare when he came in and they took him all around to the other classes to show off his neat costume.

Our Little Kahuna had lots of fun getting all dressed up for the week. On Aloha day he kept looking at himself in the mirror and laughing at all his neat leis and his cool tattoos. Wyatt got so excited when we were getting all ready in the morning and he loved all the attention he got from his teachers and friends at daycare. Now what to do for our next SPIRIT WEEK!!!!

Here Comes Trouble!

Did I mention this blog is called the Daring Adventures of Bubba Wyatt, wanna know why?

My sweet innocent little man just sitting in his chair like a good boy Or he was using his chair as a step stool to get on the couch with his Mommy

Ok so maybe he is just being a little crazy...

AHHHHHHHHHH OR A LOT CRAZY!!!!!! (Of course I was not such an irresponsible Mommy that I decided to take a picture of my child doing this dangerous stunt, Not me couldn't be)

OK back on land and steady on his legs or at least I think so...

Then of course Daddy gets home and it is horseplay all over again.

Chasing Sugar

Our poor Tuggi dog is such a sweet tolerant little doggy. Wyatt thinks she is the best thing and just loves to chase her all around but she is so gentle and sweet to him. She makes the whole family so happy adn we are so lucky to have her.

I'm A Real Walker- Walking Walking Everywhere

After his Christmas break Wyatt seemed to get really into walking. We dropped him off at daycare and by the time we picked him up Wyatt was up and walking everywhere. He really prefers walking now that he really has the hang of it. He loves walking around the living room. Of course now that he has the whole walking thing down, Wyatt has gotten really into climbing. He likes to bring his toys over by the fence in front of the TV and then try to balance on them. You can see why our heart rate has recently gone up since most of the toys he chooses to try to stand on have wheels.

13 Months Old- A Renaissance Man

Wyatt has all sorts of great talents and interests and now that he is up and walking all the time he is a non-stop play/explore machine!
Here Wyatt shows off his music skills. He is their baby Mozart at Daycare. Wyatt isn't just artistic though he really loves to work on building towers with the new blocks he got for Christmas. He loves to dump them all out and then try to fit them on one another. Here he is in deep concentration- I am guessing that is his design process.

Perfectly aligned- better than Mommy could do that is for sure.

Wyatt loves to pretend read to his mommy. He opens his book and babble babble babble. Here he is reading his pat-a-cake book. (Look at his long hair- I am thinking that first haircut is not too far away.)

And of course Wyatt's favorite activity still remains, chasing Sugar around the house. Here he is stalking is poor unsuspecting victim.
