Wyatt at 11 months old- Updates and Changes

Big whoops on my part, I forgot to do a Wyatt is 11 months post. SO here it is all the cool things that are happening in Wyattland. There have been lots of changes going on with Wyatt. He has really been picking up words and has a good ear. Wyatt can say "Hi", "Uh-oh" and "dada/mama". He loves to babble which is great because we love listening to his babble. Wyatt is getting lots of teeth right now. You can really see the two on the bottom and they seem to be growing in at lightening speed. They have been giving Wyatt a pretty hard time so Momma and Wyatt have had a lot of recent sleepless nights. It seems all Wyatt wants to soothe his aching gums is some quality time with Momma in the rocking chair.

Wyatt is very close to walking, he is still cruising all around and is letting go for little bits of time and standing on his own. The other day he was just about to take a step but second guessed himself. Daddy and Mommy were thinking about working with him a little more on walking and seeing if that gives him the confidence to just let go and see what happens.

Wyatt still loves to play with Daddy and he is very ticklish under his arms, on the neck, on his sides, and on his toes. He just giggles away when you tickle him! Wyatt got his very first birthday present ever!!! His Auntie Beth, Dann, Sarah, and Julia sent him the Little People barn with lots of cute animals. He loves to play with the barn!

He says "Mahalo Burdette Family...A hui hou"!

Mommy and Daddy with the permission of the pedictrician began the switch from formula to milk. Mommy thought Wyatt was going to have a hard time transitioning since he always had the same formula since he was born, but Wyatt proved how "go with the flow" he is. Wyatt tried it and now we are barely giving him any formula at all!

Wyatt has also been eating more table food. Here is his first all grown up food meal...Nonna's stroganoff!

(looks like Tuggi dog is ready to catch anything Wyatt doesn't finish. I know she is loving this whole giving Wyatt solids thing)

That's sweet that he only wants his Mamma for soothing.I think Wyatt is going to be a big talker because Sarah did the same non-stop babbling and still is to this day, haha! He looks like he's really interacting with the toy, that's so cool. Shug knows where to stand to get some treats; smart girl!
