Happy Thanksgiving

Wyatt's Thanksgiving began with the traditional Macy's Day Parade. He snuggled in next to Momma on the couch. The whole family was lounging on the couch watching all of the exciting floats and Broadway numbers. This year for Thanksgiving we went to Great Grandma Peggy's house. We ate lots of food and played a game of Wits and Wagers. Wyatt didn't let his lack of teeth hold him back Wyatt ate turkey, stuffing, mashed potatos, corn, green beans, and fresh baked bread. I think Wyatt's favorite was the stuffing--yummy!

Some fun memories of the day:

Wyatt all dressed up in his Thanksgiving gear. He made sure to take a nap before we left so he would be able to play with everyone later in the day.

At Great Grandma's house Wyatt did some crawling...And some supported walking...

And some piano playing. Mommy's Cousin Sammy put Wyatt to work as the entertainment. He was so excited to play the piano.

Then it was Grandma's turn to play the piano but Wyatt didn't want to give up his gig too quickly. Then it was time for a race, Great Grandma jumped into action and awwwwaaaay they go!

A hyper Wyatt gets some time with Grandma in the rocking chair. Momma's Pop-Pop and Grandma used to rock her in that exact spot when she was Wyatt's age. What a treat to have Wyatt get the same treatment.

Wyatt plays the spoons for Mommy's couin Katie. He was quite good!
And then a melding of the minds with Great Uncle Steve. Uncle Steve showed Wyatt how to play glasses with his finger. Wyatt was memorized by the sound.

Wyatt also danced with Grandma while Great Grandma Peggy sang a little tune, and took a nice nap in the rocker. After a lot of fun it was time to go home, get in our PJs and have a nice turkey inspired slumber.

Awww, looks like a great Thanksgiving. Wyatt is getting to be such a little man. I can't believe how fast he's growing, it's amazing.
