End of Summer Celebration
They always throw great parties at Goddard School and it is so cool to get to watch Wyatt run around and play with all of his friends at school.
Wyatt is moving up to the Kittens classroom this year which is a big jump. Now he will be able to play on the big boy playground. He loves the big boy playground!!

Ocean City- Ocean Downs
Wyatt and William were both really into the horses. They were super excited when they got to pet one too.

We watched outside for a little while and then headed inside since it was starting to rain pretty heavy. Inside we were able to watch the horseys race on the tv and have dinner. Wyatt loved cheering on his horse. He was cheering "Go number 9 GO!!" After watching the races for a while Daddy, Mommy, and Wyatt headed home to get ready for school and work the next day. Ocean City: Frontier Land
Fronteirland was super cool!!! They had stagecoach rides, can-can dancers, outlaws, Indians, and gold mining.
Here is Mommy, Daddy, and Wyatt before the stage coach race. It was really fun. William got a sack of gold and had to hide the gold from the outlaws but he wasn't tryin to put anyone in harms way so he gave up his gold to save us all.
But perhaps I should start at the beginning. We got to Frontierland nice and early so we could make sure to get all the activities in. Here are Wyatt and William getting down to the music of the West just before the flag raising ceremony.A mean criminal came into town and tried to rob the bank. Lucky for us there was a good shot who stepped out to help and since he saved the town he got to be the Sherriff. Every Sherriff needs to have some good deputys to make sure that the law is upheld. Look at these deputys about to take their oath:
The Indian Village was really cool. Laughing Wolf and his sister did some great dances. Mommy loved the Shaw Dance. Then the kids got to dance with them. They did a great job. After the dancing Wyatt and William got their faces painted.
Wyatt and William ready for battle with their war paint:We panned for gold and then got on these cool old time swings which were powered by a pony.

Ride 'em cowboys!!!!
At the end of the day Wyatt and William got to ride off into the sunset. Well....kind of...they got to ride a horse. Wyatt did a great job and this was the first time he didn't have Mommy or Daddy standing behind him while he rode around. He held the horn just right and had a great time. I think it helped that the horse was very Wyatt sized. :)
Yeee HAW!!!!

Wedding: Sam & Allison Parsons
Here is little Wyatt getting dressed in his suit for the big day. He looked so handsome in his suit and his cute little purple tie. He did a great job of wearing the suit too.
After we all got dressed and ready we headed over to Regents Glenn...nice and early this time after we got lost on the way to the rehearsal we wanted to make sure we were there in plenty of time. Here is a picture of the beautiful mansion.
Here is the family posing for a picture with the groom before the ceremony.
Here is our classic picture. Wyatt and I are actually saying "superstar" which makes for some silly faces.
Grandma, Pappy, and Wyatt
Pappy, Great-Grandma Peggy, Great Aunt Carol, and Great Uncle Steve
Wyatt all ready for his big moment. Wyatt had a pretty long wait but he did a pretty great job keeping himself entertained.
Wyatt's moment finally arrived. He was very careful and did such a good job walking down the steps and into the room. Poor guy got so tired out that once we made it to our chairs he passed right out on Mommy's lap. Mommy had to wake him up to walk out-LOL.
The ceremony and the bride were both beautiful and after Wyatt took his short nap he was ready to PARTY!!!!! We learned that Wyatt is very well suited to a cocktail hour. The hors d'oeuvres were like the perfect Wyatt feast. He got to eat grapes, crackers, cheese, and drink yummy soda! I am telling you that is pure Wyatt bliss!
An awesome family picture:
Mommy & Daddy all gussied up
Grandma teaching Wyatt how to cut a rug. Look at him get down he looks a little like Bill Cosby in one of the openings of the Cosby show.
Wyatt and Grandma slow things down a bit:
Sam & Allison in their first dance:
We all had the best time!! Wyatt loved being a part of the ceremony and was quite the dancer out there. He surprised Mommy at how good he really did. (Even though he was a mess just before the ceremony running all over and turning on and off the lights scaring everyone int thinking the power went out due to the rain - thank you for that Wy- wy).Pirate Crew
Wyatt even recruited Pappy for his very own pirate crew:
Of course Wyatt needed to make sure there would be no mutiny aboard his ship so he showed his new crew who was the Captain of this ship!
