Sledding Snow At Last!

FINALLY SOME SLEDDING SNOW and we all got the day off to enjoy it!  It was so great to get to break out Wyatt's now pants and get to roll all around in the super soft powdery snow.  Wyatt had a blast getting to sled all around our yard too (which he hasn't gotten to do since last year there wasn't any really good sled riding style snows).  This time we made sure we headed out and got the most of the snow before it disappeared.

Here are our front yard adventures:

And then we headed to the back where there were lots of great sledding hill!!!  Wyatt love going really fast and making Mommy really nervous.

Heading over to the mondo hill in the back:

 More rolling:

It was a lot of fun getting to play out in the snow with Wyatt and we all had a great time just enjoying some cold family fun!  Now it's time for some delicious HOT CHOCOLATE!!!!

Biker Wyatt

Wyatt had been counting down the day until Christmas and whenever he would get the chance he would remind Santa that he really wanted a blue bike this year.  He went bike riding with William a while back and ever since then he really really wanted his own bike.  How could Santa say no since Wyatt has been such a good boy this year?  Wyatt couldn't wait to get to ride his bike but it's hard in the winter to find a good day to get to go out and ride around.  We were in luck because this weekend turned out to be the perfect opportunity to get out there and have Wyatt try out his new set of wheels.

Here he is wearing his new helmet:

Heading out to meet Daddy in the parking lot so he can have his first riding lesson:
At first Wyatt needed to have Daddy remind him how to pedal the bicycle. And how to get everything going:

It wasn't too long before Wyatt was doing the bike all by himself!  He was having a blast pedaling all around.
Sugar loved it too!  She got to go on a good sized walk with the whole family and when Wyatt started taking off she was all about chasing him from the side.  Here she is going to fast that I am pretty sure all her paws are off of the ground:

Coming  around the bend:

He had a great time getting out on his bike and playing with Mommy & Daddy.  Now Wyatt says he is going to ask Santa Claus for two more bicycles one for Mommy and one for Daddy!
Can we say family bike ride?

Pappy & Grandma's Big Move to NC

Last night we all met Daddy, Auntie Sheree, Ms Fran, Pappy, and Grandma in Frederick for Pappy and Grandma's last meal as MD residents.  Everyone was super tired because they had been working very hard all day to get everything packed into the moving truck so everything would be ready for early this morning to head down to the new house in North Carolina.

Here is Pappy and Wyatt having fun playing at dinner:

Everyone resting and relaxing after a hard days work:

Wyatt had a blast and was super excited because he knew he was getting to have a sleepover at William's house today!

It takes a lot longer to drive over to Pappy and Grandma's house now and after 6 hours of driving from Middletown to New Bern we made it to Pappy & Grandma's new home.  We got right to work and with the help of friends we got everything moved in very fast and were able to head over to dinner.

The next morning Daddy & Mommy headed over to Pappy and Grandma's to help more with unpacking and to hang out for a little bit.

Pappy & Grandma's new house from the front (outside):

Pappy and Grandma's new house is very nice and super comfortable.  Everyone loves the new place even Marley and Kernel were super happy!!!

Here is the backyard & deck area:

They have two other bedrooms too but since it has only been one day they aren't quite set-up yet.

Lots got done in such a short amount of time and the new house is soooo super nice.  I know Wyatt is going to be psyched to get down there and see their new place!
