Weekly Adventures

This is possibly the worst picture ever of me but I love little Wyatt in it. He was enjoying his Mommy time just before bed. Look at that bight smile!Wyatt having fun with his toys.
I am hoping this is a sign that a tooth is not far behind. (Nothing visible yet but I am keeping my fingers crossed).

This was Wyatt's 9 Months old gift. It is a cute little barn for him to crawl through and pull up on. It plays all sorts of great songs that always gets Wyatt's rump a-groovin!

9 Months Old!

Yesterday we had Wyatt's 9 Month Appointment (this year is going by so fast). It appears we have a long, skinny, little guy. His measurements this month were 29 1/2" length and 19.3 lbs. weight. The doctor said he was growing great and he is ahead of the curve on development. Wyatt is a little chatterbox and loves mocking Mommy and Daddy's speech. The teachers at Goddard said he is going to be walking really soon. He has been pushing around the walkers and then getting halfway and getting confident enough to try it on his own with no assistance. I can't wait until he can actually do it then we are in for a race. Right now Wyatt is no longer content to sit he likes to crawl all around and pull himself up on whatever he can find. He has even started to cruise around the furniture. We are still waiting on some teeth and we haven't seen anything break through yet. Come on teeth come on!

A true Sagittarian means we have to keep a careful eye out Wyatt is quite the adventurer. Here Wyatt searches for food in the arctic...
Wyatt is now standing in his crib and is tall enough to reach the top (but not get over). Here is my little man teething on the crib just like his daddy did when he was a baby.

Wyatt plays a little peek-a-boo with a funny hat...

What a silly little man and so much fun to have around. He is learning so much everyday and is giving Stan and I a lot more exercise.

Disney World Part Four- A Boo To You! And Other Adventures

Wyatt has a girlfriend!! He is such a Romeo.

Everyone poses with Mickey and Minnie at a character greeting center in Epcot. Wyatt was a little obsessed with Mickey, can you tell?

Later that night Stan and I decided to take Wyatt to the Pepper Market in Coronado Springs. We both really like that hotel and I think it has a fondness since it was where we stayed the first time we experienced Disney together.

We decided to attend Mickey's Not So Scarey Halloween Celebration and it was the perfect way to see Magic Kingdom again. We got to take the boys to different trick or treat sites and there was no wait time for the rides. The park looks really cool at night and I love the Halloween celebration because they celebrate the villians of the stories.

The castle looks very different at night. Yo Ho Yo Ho, a pirates life for Wy! I was afraid he wouldn't like the loud noises but for some reason Wyatt thought all the skeletons were funny. He really loved this ride and all the cool scenes.

After the Pirates ride we ran into the parade. Here is Wyatt and Daddy enjoying all the floats.

And here is the parade...well parts of it,

Hook Hook Hook!!! And Smee of course!

And Captain Jack Sparrow!

As Happy Haunts Materialize Grim Grinning Ghosts Come Out to Socialize!!!

The Country Bears make their way out. I was glad that Wy got to see them in the parade because we didn't get to see their show, oh well maybe next time.

After the parade everyone rode on Splash Mountain (well Momma stayed off with Wyatt and Cousin William) and then it was onto the Haunted Mansion. On the way to the Mansion we found some dead cowboys and union soldiers in Liberty Square, they turned out to be a cool barbershop band. They were awesome! Then it was into the Mansion where Wyatt became the 1,000 haunt. Well kind of apparently the ghosts just weren't scarey enough and Wyatt fell fast asleep. I think it was that Madam Leota she has such a soothing voice.

But we woke him up for one last ride, What was Wyatt's final ride before saying goodbye to Disney? Why Dumbo of course! Daddy, Mommy and Wyatt all rode on the Dumbo ride together!

Disney World Part Three-Epcot Night & Happy Birthday Daddy!

Daddy and Wyatt watch out the window of the monorail as we pass the big Golf Ball.
I just love this picture. Wyatt and William share a moment while we wait for the monorail. William was my big helper on the trip. He kept Wyatt very entertained and gave him hugs and kisses. He was also on pacifier duty and did a great job!

Three Generations, Nonna, Daddy, Wyatt, Cousin William, and Uncle John wait for the fireworks to begin.

Let the fireworks begin!!!!!
This globe went all around the water and changed colors it was really beautiful and a great celebration of all the countries.

Poor Wyatt did not like the fireworks this time. I think they were a little too loud for him while he was trying to snooze.

Maggie and William watch the ducks in the water.

After a long a fun night we all needed to take a little rest while waiting for the bus.

And on Daddy's Birthday it was...

WELCOME TO THE MAGIC KINGDOM!!!!!!!!

Momma and Wyatt get ready for some funny stuff on the Laugh Floor. Daddy was chosen to get up and dance and he shared his dance with Wyatt. What a good daddy.

The shirt says it all "Like Father Like Son"

Nonna surprised Wyatt with a very special pair of Mouse Ears!!! Here is the Back...

And of course the front....

Nonna, Daddy, Mommy, and Pop-pop (who I didn't get in the photo) get ready to take Wyatt on "It's A Small World".

Hawaiian Dancers on "It's A Small World"

Wyatt loved seeing all the little singers in "It's A Small World"

Before leaving the park we had to take a picture in front of Cinderella's castle.

The birthday boys and their Momma at dinner at the California Grill.

Wyatt really mastered pulling up while he was in Disney. There were all sorts of great things for him to pull himself up to standing. Here is our little mouse.

Surprised?

Disney World Part Two- Bay Lake Tower

Halfway through the trip we stayed at the new Baylake Towers which is a beautiful new Disney Vacation Club Resort located right next to the Contemporary in Disney. Stan and I got up early that morning and enjoyed some nice massage time at Saratoga Springs which was the perfect goodbye for that resort. After our massages we packed up our stuff and got ready to switch resorts.

Here is Stan and Wyatt waiting in the Contemporary while everyone checked in.
Our room wasn't quite ready yet so we hopped on the monorail and went to the Polynesian hotel for lunch. Here is Wyatt on his very first ride on the monorail. William got lots of stickers when we checked in.
Mommy and Daddy enjoyed their trip back to the resort the spent their Honeymoon in. They served a great lunch too, pork tacos, yummy!
Welcome to Bay Lake Towers!!
Nonna and Wyatt work on their crawling in the new room.

Then it was time for some swimming. William couldn't wait to get down and get in the pool.

And neither could Wyatt.

William had a ball playing in these sprinklers. He was running all around trying to catch the water. I was standing over one of the sprinklers just as it went off but William came to my rescue. He said "No no no move".

It was very hot and Wyatt was ready for a little dippty dippty dip. He just loved splashing all the water around in Daddy's face.

A quick family portrait after we all had a blast in the pool.

And then it was time to relax a little with Pop-pop before heading in for a rest.

Wy guy is now a dry guy!
