Wyatt's First School Pictures

We just got back Wyatt's first school photos from daycare. He looks like such a handsome little angel. Its crazy to look at these pictures and see how much he has grown in the past month.

If anyone would like copies of these photos just leave a note because we got a CD and can get them printed for you.

4 Months Old- Meeska Mouska!

On Friday we went to Wyatt's four month appointment and he had definatly grown!! Wyatt's length was 25 3/4 which is in the 85%. Wyatt's weight was 14.2 which falls in the 40%, and his head circum. was 41 1/2 which is in the 55%.
The doctor gave us the green light for starting him on infant cereal whenever we feel we are ready so pretty soon Wy guy will be a solid eater. I think he is excited I can already see him eyeing our food.

Wyatt is holding his head up really well! They have been doing a lot of tummy time at daycare and then he gets some when he gets home.

Sleepy-eyed Wyatt ready for a journey. (Poor guy has a blocked tear duct which makes his eye red and puffy on the outside. They say it should go away by the time he is one).
Wyatt loves toys and playing!!!! Some of his favorite toys right now are toots (his gray squeeky elephant), lamby (from Nonna for his baptism), Marvin Quackers (the ducky he got from the Easter Bunny), and his whoozit.

This isn't the best picture but he loves laying on his side. He is so proud that he can roll over just enough. They say he can go all the way at daycare but I have yet to see him.

Wyatt in intense concentration. This is his little fishy from the playgym.

Enough of the baby toys, now that Wyatt is four months old he can get into his Exersaucer! He loves playing with all the cool toys around him. He also loves to stand and watch his favorite shows, "Beakman's World", "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse", and "Judge Judy"

Another special big boy treat, since Wyatt is always sticking his fingers in his mouth hoping to soothe his gums we have started to massage them with a special infant finger brush and infant toothpaste. Here is his first time, he wasn't too sure about it. Now he loves it!

First Easter!

Wyatt loved Easter! The bunny sure brought him a lot of great things, and all throughout the day he got more and more. That crazy Easter bunny was leaving stuff at the Grandparents house and Uncle John and Aunt Maggie's too. He sure was a busy bunny, and speaking of busy bunnies....

Wyatt was a sleepy head on Easter morning and slept in with Mommy and Daddy but when he woke up the Easter Bunny had a little something special waiting on the kitchen counter.

So Mommy and Daddy brought Wyatt's first Easter basket over to Wyatt's special chair so they could all go through the goodies together. Wyatt was so excited to see all the great stuff his bunny friend brought that all we saw was one smile after the other.

Now Presenting, Wyatt's first Easter basket!

Wyatt was super happy to see his Easter basket. He wouldn't even let go of the bunny ear on the basket so Mommy could take everything out for him and show him all his loot. He was such a happy little man!

Just Take a Look It's in a Book! Wyatt has just started to get into reading. He wasn't too interested in books before but then Mommy realized maybe he would like to hear different voices, and sure enough Wyatt was all about hearing books he is all about the drama!

Look at my avid little reader he takes his books very seriously. Wyatt got Peter Rabbit and Peter Cottontail.
The best story ever, Wyatt loved this Whoozit (they have them at daycare) so Mommy put a word in with the Easter bunny and guess what showed up in his basket? Wyatt screamed with joy when I brought it out! He just loves playing with his whoozit, staring at the designs, making it rattle, and squeeking the nose.

Easter Smiles were all around! Wyatt was one happy little guy.
The Easter bunny brought Wyatt this cute duckie. We have named him Marvin and Daddy and Mommy think he is the baby brother to another stufftie of ours Milton.
Mommy and Wyatt play on Easter morning.

Is Daddy ready yet???? After all the Easter morning fun it was off to Cozy in Thurmont for our traditional Cozy lunch. Wyatt was very excited to get to see all the cool things at Cozy.

All in the Family!!! I think Sammy took this of everyone at lunch. We all had a great time and Wyatt did a very good job for the majority of the meal. He got a little fussy toward the end so Mommy and Grandma Freeze took him on a tour of the Cozy grounds.

Great Grandma Peggy enjoys her Cozy dinner.

Wyatt enjoys his first meal at Cozy...next year maybe we will give him some actual food from Cozy.

After we finished at Cozy we went to visit Great Grandpa Paul's grave in Altamont Cemetery. Every year we gather there and put flowers down this year was extra special because Wyatt is the very first great grandchild. We all parted ways here but afterward Sammy went to the WWII monument where Pop-Pop Paul's name is listed and made an etching of his name.
Stan, Wyatt, and Mommy drove back to Columbia where we met all the Murgolos at Uncle John and Aunt Maggie's house for a delicious Easter dinner and an Egg Hunt.
Super cute and cuddly William sitting with his Uncle. I am going to brag here, We have the best nephew!

Cousin William and Uncle John show off their tricks!
After dinner, some good conversation and a check in on the Masters standings we were ready for some good ol'competition! There were three prize eggs but whoever finds the silver egg is the winner!
On your mark, get set, GO!!!!!!!!
Small spaces?

No problem!

William was off and looking for his eggs! He was determined to win...and guess what, HE DID!! William was our silver egg finder! Nonna Betty found the second prize egg so she was able to be one of the first to get dessert, I don't know who ended up with third prize though.
Here is the little champion walking with pride!

Everyone heads back in the house to find the who the winners were. Poor Tuppins looked so hard for the egg that would let him be the first to get dessert but it was to no avail.

Wyatt and Daddy share a "Go Team" glance after they found their eggs. Wyatt didn't get any of the prize eggs but it was okay since he really wasn't allowed to have any dessert anyway, maybe next year little dude!
Aren't my guys handsome? Mr. Bob said Wyatt was the best dressed!

Wyatt shows off his Easter egg hunting skills...not bad for a guy who can't walk yet. Also in the picture is Sockie, a bear that the Easter bunny left at Nonna's house.William got neat ball whistles. He was having fun playing golf and pretending to blow the whistle. Who knew there were so many fouls in golf? Here he is opening and closing his eggs.
And after a long nap Mommy, Daddy, Wyatt, and Sugar settled in at home to watch the 10 Commandments and have the perfect ending to the perfect Easter holiday.

15 Weeks of Wy Guy

Sorry for the delay in the post things have been hectic with Stan and Wy guy being sick. Here is a little taste of our fun-at- home.
Wyatt and daddy laying on the couch together celebrating man time! Wyatt loves to watch 227 with his daddy! A Tummy time snapshot. Wyatt was up early so Momma thought it would be fun to bring him into the bedroom and watch some Mickey Mouse Clubhouse while working on our tummy skills.
My little disco man Look at those pointy fingers. Actually I love this picture because you can see Wyatt's little feeties--too cute! I like to pretend to munch on his feet and make him laugh.

My little happy guy before bed in his jammie-jams. Aren't they so cute.
Taaa Daaa! Wyatt is always Mr Chatty here he is talkin it up and sharing his joys with Mommy and Daddy.

A big hug for Wyatt's elephant friend, toots.

On Friday night Wyatt met up with his Aunt Maggie, Uncle John, Cousin William, Grandma Murgolo (I have been calling her Nonna to Wy-guy since the baptism when we had some yummy Nonnas Poundcake.) and Pop-Pop Murgolo. We all went to go see the Easter Bunny!!! William got his picture done first so he could show Wyatt how it is done. The actual picture with the Easter Bunny will be posted later but here are our before pictures.

Wyatt and Mommy. Mommy kept telling him about how he was going to meet the special bunny who was going to be bringing him all sorts of yummy surprises!

What can I say, one day he will be too big to advertise his love for Mommy so I have to get it all out of my system now. He looks so cute in his little hat it just makes those gorgeous eyes Pop!

Daddy is getting Wyatt all excited to see the big Bunny Man! Practice your smiles Wy-guy!
